The ghostspeak amulet is a quest item that is required to speak with the restless spirits that appear around the map during the night, during the quest, Restless Ghosts. The amulet can be found by interacting with a crumbling well in the ruins of the town of Brynmoor in Bramblemead Valley, near where the Wise Old Man can be found.
