Stamina Potion (perk)

Stamina Potion is a perk given by drinking a stamina potion, preventing stamina draining from all actions for 20 seconds. While the effect lasts, player stamina will regenerate as if the player is not doing actions that consue stamina like jumping, sprinting, evading, dashing, etc.
