The Library is a sub-region in Dowdun Reach. The library building primarily contains mages and acolytes. In the basement, 2 shardbound lesser demons guard a shard.

Open the library door at the centre of the library by interacting with (in order) the following books, which are found inside:

• Taking the Crown
• Zamorak's Rebellion
