Raw undead eel is a Power Level 4 raw ingredient, which means it can be cooked at a campfire, grill, or with Infernal Rod into braised undead eel starting at Cooking level 41, and not burnt into burnt undead eel at level 50. It can be gathered from rod fishing spots with ideally a willow rod in Fellhollow at level 3 Fishing. Using lobster bait increases the chance of catching one. It is the normal variant of a pristine undead eel.

Even dead it twitches occasionally, animated by some remnant of necromantic energy. Its flesh is partially decayed and the smell... oh the smell... I recommend cooking it very, very thoroughly.
