The Runecrafting cape is a Cape of Accomplishment able to be crafted and worn at level 99 Runecrafting. It can be crafted at the mystic forge.

Trimmed version of the cape can be crafted the same way if you have more than one skill at 99.

You siphon double the amount of runes from Anima Vents.

Note: currently, the untrimmed Runecrafting cape has no special effect. Only the trimmed variant has it.
