Increases the caster's PvE Damage Tolerance by [abe:1523000012:value02:divide100]%, PvP Damage Tolerance by [abe:1523000013:value02:divide100]%, and grants a [abe:1523000011:value02:divide100]% chance to inflict Frost for 3 on enemies that attack the caster from within 7m for 10. Grants Magic Displacement while MP is 50% or more for the duration. Magic Displacement: Damage taken by the caster is divided, directing [abe:1523000014:value01:divide100]% to HP and [abe:1523000014:value02:divide100]% to MP. Unaffected by cooldown increase effects.
